These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website for the FISS (File-based Intellectual Space Standard), located at fiss.vorozhko.ru (the "Site").

By accessing, reading, or navigating the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site and Licensing ​

  1. The Site is provided to publish, explain, and openly distribute the FISS (File-based Intellectual Space Standard) specification, accompanying documentation, and related guidance.
  2. The standard specification, guides, and documentation are made available under the open-source MIT License. You are free to inspect, adopt, implement, and integrate the standard into your own software and organizational workflows.
  3. The Site is strictly informative and open. It does not require user registration, account creation, or paid subscriptions.

  1. Permitted Use: You may read and review documentation, retrieve machine-facing contexts (/llms.txt, /llms-full.txt), link to pages, and apply the specification in accordance with the MIT License.
  2. Restrictions: You agree not to:
    • interfere with or disrupt the security, availability, or integrity of the Site or its hosting infrastructure (including DoS/DDoS attempts);
    • attempt unauthorized access to server systems or underlying architecture;
    • misrepresent the authorship, official status, or provenance of the FISS specification.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability ​

"AS IS" Provision: The FISS standard, documentation, and the Site are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the author (Andrey Vorozhko) or Site administrators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or the FISS standard.
